Returns & Exchanges
At Just Damn Sexy we put our customers first. We appreciate our customers and take pride in being able to offer you exceptional service, quality, and unbeatable prices. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from our site. Should an item not meet your expectation, return it within 30 days in its original condition and packaging and we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund /store credit for the purchase price.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT:
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it and immediately try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. Please do not try on any panties, stockings, or accessories until you know the item fits properly.
In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us via email returns@justdamnsexy.com within 48 hours after receiving your package. Just Damn Sexy will work with you to determine the nature of the defect and resolve the situation. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
RETURN, REFUND OR EXHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to receive an exchange or a refund, you must fill out a Return Request Form and include it with the item you are returning.
Merchandise must be received no later than 30 days from the original ship date in order for your request for a refund, exchange or store credit to be processed. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return requirements will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition, with its original packaging (undamaged and properly resealed) and tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). All items MUST be returned as a complete set.
Due to health regulations, all sales of opened hosiery, body stockings, wigs, panties and bikinis are final, and returns will not be accepted. Please make sure these items are returned in their original, unopened packaging, and have not been worn.
Health regulations also stipulate that any clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered shall be considered in "other that new condition" and are not eligible for return, exchange or a store credit. Items that smell of perfume, smoke or body odor, have been exposed to animals and/or pet hair, or have been laundered will not be accepted.
Any merchandise received that does not meet all return requirements will be returned to you at your expense, and you will forfeit all claims. Just Damn Sexy also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
FINAL SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR STORE CREDIT INCLUDE:
All International Orders are considered Final Sales.
All Clearance Items are considered Final Sales.
EXCHANGES
Merchandise that you wish to exchange MUST be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and meet the return requirements. You can exchange your merchandise for the same product in a different size or color, and we will ship it out for free, no questions asked.
Should you wish to exchange your merchandise for a different item, any difference in cost for the replacement item, plus applicable shipping fees, will be applied to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
Items returned within 30 days of the original ship date and that meet the return requirements are eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be considered in the event of a mistaken or defective item.
STORE CREDIT
Items returned within 30 days of the original ship date and that meet the return requirements are eligible for a STORE CREDIT, if you desire, in lieu of a refund or exchange. Please indicate on the return authorization form if you wish to receive a credit. Store Credits Don't Expire.
SPECIAL RETURN POLICIES:
Halloween Return Policy
Qualified Costumes purchased between October 1st - October 15th MUST be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.
We will not accept any returns on Halloween costumes purchased between October 15th - October 31st. These will be final sale items.
Christmas Return Policy
Qualified Holiday Gift items purchased between November 30th - December 24th MUST be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.
Valentine's Day Return Policy
Qualified Valentine Gift items purchased between January 15th - February 14th MUST be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange only. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for return shipping costs, or for tracking your return. We suggest you insure your shipment and obtain tracking information from your delivery service. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. We also do not credit return shipping charges.
All orders received by 12pm EST are processed the same day excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders received after 12pm EST are processed on the next business day.
In most cases, your order will be shipped the same day it is processed. However; due to extremely popular demand of certain styles and sizes, some items may not be readily available for shipment, and will be placed on backorder.
Any backordered items will be sent via Standard Shipping at no extra charge.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number.

Just Damn Sexy ships all of your items at a single flat rate, no matter how much you buy! You can really save money by ordering more than one item, and stretch your shipping dollar to the max. Your standard shipping charges will never go up, no matter how much you buy. Do you really need any more reason to shop?

Please be aware that you may receive several packages to complete fulfillment of your order.
Additional Shipping Limitation: Any Refusals of a package may result in a 15 to 90 business day return transit time with the carrier and we will be unable to refund the account until the package is successfully returned to us. We are also not responsible if there is a delay with UPS or USPS due to weather conditions or natural disasters.
Shipments to Military Addresses may take an additional 18-45 days depending on the location.
Canada First: $19.95 Flat Rate / $36.95 Flat Rate To Remote Areas
Canada First generally ships via USPS First Class. All orders being shipped to a PO box or to an APO/FPO, will automatically ship US Postal Service First Class Mail International.
